The Challenge: connecting a Premium Brand with everyday experiences
Coca Cola is a brand that carries a premium price tag, and with this, the challenge becomes creating a compelling reason for consumers to feel it’s worth the extra spend. Coca Cola Moments are all about celebrating the little things—those times when you treat yourself to something special. Our goal was to show how Coca Cola fits into these moments and how the brand goes beyond just a drink; it’s part of life’s small, self-care rituals. We needed to take the broader global campaign and localize it in a way that would engage a younger, TikTok-savvy audience. The challenge was to bring this concept to life not just through creative storytelling, but through an interactive and immersive experience that would encourage content creation and sharing on TikTok, amplifying the campaign's reach organically.
The Solution: a multi-Sensory Event to Celebrate "Coca Cola Moments"
To capture the essence of a "Coca Cola Moment" for TikTok audiences, we conceptualized and executed an experiential event, featuring a series of themed booths. Each booth was designed to evoke a different type of Coca Cola moment—whether it was relaxing after a long day, enjoying time with friends, or simply indulging in a personal treat. The idea was to show that every moment with Coca Cola is a special one.We invited 10 prominent TikTok creators to attend the event, each of whom has a significant following and influence in lifestyle, food, and entertainment niches. Their task was to explore each booth, capture their own Coca Cola moments, and share these experiences with their audiences. We also welcomed smaller UGC creators and everyday customers, encouraging them to create their own content around the experience.The event offered a multi-sensory experience, complete with curated food stations, where guests could enjoy gourmet dishes paired perfectly with Coca Cola. This created a dynamic backdrop for the creators to craft authentic content that wasn’t just about Coca Cola as a product, but about what Coca Cola represents—a reward, a moment of indulgence.
The Results: millions of impressions with high engagement rates
The event generated incredible momentum on TikTok, with the 10 key creators producing millions of impressions. Across the board, the content achieved an impressive 8% average engagement rate, significantly higher than industry benchmarks. In addition, smaller UGC creators and attendees of the event contributed to the overall content pool, driving organic reach and further solidifying Coca Cola’s position as part of everyday indulgence.The TikTok content became a vibrant extension of the global Coca Cola Moments campaign, leveraging the platform’s natural strength for short, engaging, and authentic content. The event not only successfully showcased Coca Cola’s premium value but also emphasized its relevance in everyday life—proving that even small moments are worth celebrating.
